§1 Electrical Appliances switch off
All lights and electrical appliances must be switched off and unplugged when the room is not occupied. The guest will be responsible for any damages or fires caused by leaving electrical appliances “on” in an unoccupied room, including but not limited to lights, air conditioners, and kitchen appliances.
§2 Smoking strictly prohibited
Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited within the premises. Smoking is only permitted outside the building.
§3 No parties or events
No parties or events are allowed on the property.
§4 Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, noise levels must be kept to a minimum to respect the peace and privacy of other residents in the building.
§5 No additional guests
No additional guests are allowed. For security and safety reasons, no additional guests beyond those specified in the booking are permitted to stay or visit the property without prior approval from the host. Any changes to the number of guests must be communicated and approved in advance. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
§6 Keep the property clean
Keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. A cleaning fee will be charged if the property is left excessively dirty.
§7 Report damages
Report damages or issues immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages resulting from misuse or negligence during their stay. Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, kitchen utensils or appliances, towels, beddings, artwork etc. will be charged at 130% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to the unit’s property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest. Any theft will be reported to the authorities and prosecuted accordingly.
§8 Pets are not permitted
Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.
§9 Lost Card Key
Every Lost Cardkey will be charged a replacement price of FIVE-HUNDRED-PESOS (PHP 500.00).
§10 Non Compliance - termination
Non-compliance with any of the stated rules during your stay may result in termination of the rental agreement.
Acknowledgment
By booking and staying in this accommodation, the Guest is acknowledging and agreeing to adhere to all the House Rules and regulations stated above.
